The House
The house is a 13th century ‘maison du maître’. It has recently been renovated to a high standard while preserving its ancient charm. (It was completed in 2003.) Outside, there is a swimming pool, a barbecue and a dining area for a dozen people. Inside, the house is smartly furnished, bringing modern and traditional together and there’s central heating should you need it.

There are two floors. Downstairs there’s a spacious kitchen, dining room, drawing room, wine cellar and study, utility area in addition to a magnificent entrance hall. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one with a large en-suite bathroom and one with an en-suite shower. There’s a further separate bathroom and a large salon that can be used as yet another bedroom, if required.

  The Kitchen
This is a hi spec and modern professional kitchen with all mod cons including a dual fuel range cooker, two fridges, a freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a utility area adjacent to the kitchen providing ample facilities with a brand new washing machine and tumble dryer along with an upright freezer. You can choose to eat in the kitchen where there’s a table large enough to seat 8 - or in the adjoining dining room. 		 
  The Dining Room
An elegant room, with a table large enough to seat 12; you can enjoy formal dining or use the room instead as a games room.

  
  Utility Area
This provides ample facilities with brand new washing machine and tumble dryer. The upright freezer is also in this area.		  
  Drawing Room
This is a large room with an open hearth and log fire. Stylshly but simply furnished, the room has two sets of French windows which give on to the terrace and the swimming pool. There is a TV, DVD and stereo system. There is also a telescope.		  
  The Stairs
Elegant stairs lead from a large entrance hall to the upstairs rooms – four bedrooms (two ensuite), a salon (that can also be used as a bedroom/family room) and a separate bathroom. There is also a library.		  
 

Master bedroom
With amazing views over the neighbouring countryside, you enter through a separate dressing/ sitting room to the main bedroom where there is a 6’ bed, a large ensuite bathroom with separate shower.

Bedrooms
There are three more large bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other two have storabeds – singles that can be converted to twins.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and there is a further bathroom with separate shower

  
  Pool
At the back of the house there is a garden with a 8 x 5 metre heated swimming pool protected by an alarm system. There is a table for outside dining and a barbeque.		  
  The salon
This is a large room in the house and is primarily used as a salon/family room but the two double sofa beds mean that it can easily be converted to an extra bedroom.
